What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations due to weather

Decisions regarding weather cancellations are made exclusively by BLUE COMPASS, advised by our Port Captain (the first official authority on weather safety).

If a tour is canceled due to weather and no alternative date can be agreed upon, BLUE COMPASS will issue a full refund of any deposit paid.

Any change in date, destination, or vessel type requested by the client will be considered a cancellation.

If any scheduled payment is not received by the due date, BLUE COMPASS reserves the right to cancel the charter and retain all deposits and fees paid.

Cancellations by the client

Up to 14 days before charter → 100% refund of the tour value

13–7 days prior to charter → 75% refund of the tour value

Less than 6 days prior to charter → Non-refundable
Payment terms

A 5% processing fee applies to all credit card payments.​

Payments can be made in cash (USD) or by credit card at the exchange rate of the day.

The exchange rate will be informed at the time of the transaction.

Can I customize our experience?

Absolutely! We offer romantic dinners, birthday celebrations, bachelorette parties, and more. Just let us know in advance!
Are children allowed on the tour?
Of course! Kids are welcome; life jackets are provided for all ages.
