What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations due to weather

​

  • Decisions regarding weather cancellations are made exclusively by BLUE COMPASS, advised by our Port Captain (the first official authority on weather safety).

  • If a tour is canceled due to weather and no alternative date can be agreed upon, BLUE COMPASS will issue a full refund of any deposit paid.

  • Any change in date, destination, or vessel type requested by the client will be considered a cancellation.

  • If any scheduled payment is not received by the due date, BLUE COMPASS reserves the right to cancel the charter and retain all deposits and fees paid.

Cancellations by the client

​

  • Up to 14 days before charter → 100% refund of the tour value

  • 13–7 days prior to charter → 75% refund of the tour value

  • Less than 6 days prior to charter → Non-refundable

Payment terms

  • A 5% processing fee applies to all credit card payments.​

  • Payments can be made in cash (USD) or by credit card at the exchange rate of the day.

  • The exchange rate will be informed at the time of the transaction.

What should I bring?

  • Swimsuit, sunscreen (reef-safe recommended)

  • Hat and sunglasses

  • Waterproof camera or phone case

  • Cash for tips 

  • ID and card (of the person who is paying)

Can I customize our experience?

  • Absolutely! We offer romantic dinners, birthday celebrations, bachelorette parties, and more. Just let us know in advance!

Are children allowed on the tour?

Of course! Kids are welcome; life jackets are provided for all ages.
